OneDrive – iPad – Setting up Photo Sync

This guide will show you the process of setting up the OneDrive photo sync on a staff assigned iPad.

Step 1

Open the OneDrive app on your staff assigned iPad.

Step 2

Press the user icon on the top left of the screen, from the menu that appears, press “Settings”.

Step 2

The OneDrive app settings will then load, scroll down to “Files & Photos” and press “Camera Backup”.

Step 3

Press the switch button (as highlighted in the image below).

Step 4

The following pop-ups will then appear, press “Confirm” to turn on the sync and “Allow Full Access” to ensure all photos are backed up to your OneDrive.

Step 5

Your OneDrive photo sync will then be setup and all photos currently on the iPad will automatically start getting uploaded to your OneDrive.

Accessing synced iPad Photos

Photos synced from your iPad to OneDrive are saved in your accounts Pictures, they will be in a subfolder called “Camera Roll” and are organised into years and then months.
