School Account – Login

This guide will show you the process of how students can login to their school accounts at school and at home.

At School:

Students can access their accounts at school by signing into any student laptop or computer with their email address (23XampleE@wollaston-school.net) and password.

At Home:

Computer/Laptop:

When accessing school accounts at home using a computer or laptop, students can go to https://www.office.com  and sign in with their email address (23XampleE@wollaston-school.net) and password.

Please note, students will only be able to use a web browser, (i.e. Edge and Google Chrome) to access the online version of the Office 365 platform, this includes familiar applications such as: Word and PowerPoint. They will not be able to sign into any Office applications installed onto the device.

If students do not know their password, they can ask their teacher, tutor, head of year or Student Services to reset their password.

Mobile Device:

Mobile Phones:

When accessing school accounts at home using a mobile phone. Student’s will be able to access the online version of Outlook (https://outlook.office.com/mail/) or students can download the Outlook App, as well as other downloadable apps, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

We recommend using a computer or laptop, to access the full online version of the Office 365 platform on a web browser.

Tablets (i.e. iPad):

When accessing school accounts at home using a tablet. Student’s will only be able to use a web browser, to access the online version of the Office 365 platform, this includes familiar applications such as: Word and PowerPoint. They will not be able to sign into any Office apps installed onto the device.

Please note, students will be unable to access their account if using a VPN.
