This guide will show you the process of clearing your devices print queue, should some files be unable to be sent to the printer.
Step 1
Using the search bar on the bottom left of your screen, search for “Settings” and click open.

Step 2
Once opened, in the search bar, type “Printers” and click ‘Printers and scanners’ from the options that appear.

Step 3
On the printers and scanners page, find ‘SECUREPRINT’ and click ‘Open queue’.

Step 4
In the pop-up box that appears, it will show you all the files currently pending in your queue. To cancel the print and remove them from your queue, right-click on the file you want to remove and press ‘Cancel’.
