This guide will show you the process of restarting uniFLOW/Secure Print should an issue be occurring.
Step 1:
Click the up arrow on the bottom right of your computers screen and check if the uniFLOW symbol is appearing in the popup box.

Step 2:
If the symbol is showing, right click on it and press ‘Exit uniFLOW SmartClient’.
If the symbol isn’t showing, go to Step 3.

Step 3:
Click on the search box and type-in “uniFLOW”, when ‘uniFLOW SmartClient’ appears, press ‘Open’.

Step 4:
Repeat Step 1 and confirm that uniFLOW SmartClient says “Connected!”.
If after a couple of minutes it still says “Disconnected” and repeating the previous steps doesn’t fix it, please contact the helpdesk.

Step 5:
Using a new blank document, go through the printing process to check if the issue is still occurring.
If the issue is still occurring, please contact the helpdesk.
