Step 9 – Sharing Recording

Before sharing the recording, we recommend managing people’s access. To do this, click “Share” on the top right on the screen and press “Manage access” from the drop-down menu that appears.

A pop-up box will appear, from here you are able to grant access to individuals or groups as well as create links. This means the video can only be seen by select people of your choosing.

Please note, access can be removed from the same area.

Step 10

Your recording is now live, you are able to access and manage your recording by navigating to Microsoft Stream and scrolling down the page.

From here you will be able to see and manage all your recordings, with options to manage access, download as well as delete it.
