This guide will show you the process of recording your screen using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Step 1
Open Microsoft PowerPoint.

Step 2
Select the “Record” tab at the top of the screen and click the “Screen Recording” option.

Step 3
You will then be given the option to select the area of your screen that you want to be recorded, as well as, the option to turn off audio and pointer recording.
When ready, click “Record”

Step 4
Once “Record” has been pressed, you will be given a 3 second countdown with instructions on how to stop the recording.

Step 5
With the recording complete, you will be taken back to Microsoft PowerPoint, where on a slide will be the full recording. From here, right-click on the video to access the ability to trim the recording and save it to your documents.
