This guide will show you this process of remotely logging into and logging out of multiple student devices with a single account.
Before logging into/out of devices, please ensure the computers you want to control are powered on and showing as connected on Senso. This can be confirmed using the lock screen feature.
Login Multiple Computers:
This guide will show you this process of remotely logging into multiple student devices with a single account. .
Step 1
Navigate to: https://app.senso.cloud/login
Select the Microsoft icon within the “or Login with” section.
As highlighted in the image below.

If you are unable to sign-in, please contact the IT helpdesk so an account can be created for you.
Step 2
Using the left sidebar, navigate to the device group that you want to control. Once selected, the machines within the group will be shown in the right hand panel.

Step 3
Now from the menu at the top of Senso, click on the “Remote Log On” option.

Step 4
A new tab will be added next to the “Group” tab, which was used to select the machines you want to control. You can click between these two tabs to jump between computer groups. As per the image below:
1. Change the machine count to a number that is higher than the machines you want to login.
2. Click on the check box highlighted to select all the machines in the group
3. Using the “Remote Log On” tab, enter the details of the account you want to login with. Ensure to use AzureAD as the domain and include the full email address for the account username
When ready, press “Run”. All machines in the group will the start logging in.
Please note, if some of the machines do not login straightaway, you may need to press “Run” again .

Logout Multiple Computers:
This guide will show you this process of remotely logging out multiple student devices.
Step 1
Navigate to: https://app.senso.cloud/login
Select the Microsoft icon within the “or Login with” section.

Step 2
Using the left sidebar, navigate to the device group that you want to control. Once selected, the machines within the group will be shown in the right hand panel.

Step 3
From the menu at the top of Senso, click on the “End Session” option.

Step 4
A new tab will be added next to the “Group” tab, which was used to select the machines you want to control. You can click between these two tabs to jump between computer groups. As per the image below:
1. Change the machine count to a number that is higher than the machines you want to logout.
2. Click on the check box highlighted to select all the machines in the group
3. Using the “End Session” tab, select “Logout” from the drop-down menu.
4. Then change the delay from 15 to 0 seconds.
When ready, press “Run”. All machines in the group will logout.
