Senso Cloud – Remotely Monitoring Screens

This guide will show you the process of remotely monitoring computer and laptop screens using Senso.

Step 1:

Navigate to: https://app.senso.cloud/login

Select the Microsoft icon within the “or Login with” section.

As highlighted in the image below.

If you are unable to sign-in, please contact the IT helpdesk so an account can be created for you.

Step 2:

Using the sidebar on the left side of the page, find the IT room or laptop trolley that you want to monitor. Left click on the corresponding folder to highlight it.

Step 3:

The machines in the folder will then be shown in list form, showing if they are powered on and who is signed into them.

Please note, you can use the filter settings to only show signed in machines.

Step 4:

Once on the IT room or laptop trolley you would like to monitor, click the “Thumbnail” tab, this will then show you a live view of the machines screens.
