Windows 11 – Moving Taskbar

This guide will show you the process of moving the taskbar’s location, to either the left or centre.

Please note, Windows 11 default is the taskbar in the centre.

Step 1

Open the Start/Search menu and type in “Settings”.

Once the “Settings” app appears, click “Open”.

Step 2

Once settings has opened, select “Personalisation” from the options on the left of the screen and then click on “Taskbar” from the Personalisation menu.

Step 3

In the Taskbar menu, scroll down and select “Taskbar behaviours”.

In the dropdown menu that appears, select the location you would like the taskbar to appear on your screen.
