Microsoft Teams – Removing Members

This guide will show you the process of removing members from a Microsoft Team.

Step 1

Open up Microsoft Teams and locate the Team you would like to remove members from.

Once opened, click on the three dots highlighted in the image below.

Step 2

In the drop-down menu that appears, click “Manage team”.

Step 3

The Teams’ “Members” tab will then open, look for the member(s) you want to remove and click the X icon to remove them (as highlighted in the image below).
