This guide will show you the process of adding members to a Microsoft Team.
Step 1
Open up Microsoft Teams and locate the Team you would like to add members.
Once opened, click on the three dots highlighted in the image below.

Step 2
In the drop-down menu that appears, click “Add member”.

Step 3
A pop-up box will then appear, search for the members you would like to add. Once found, left-click to select them.

Step 4
Once all members have been selected, click “Add” to add them to the Team.
Please note, by default you will be adding them as a member of the team only. To make them an owner, select “Owner” from the dropdown list highlight below.

Members have now been added to the Team and will receive a notification they’ve been added.
