This guide will show you the process of adding a Shared Mailbox to your Favourites in both Outlook (New) and Outlook (Classic).
Outlook (New)
Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook and go to the mailbox that you want to favourite.
Step 2
Hover over the “Inbox” folder and click the three dots that appear.

Step 3
From the pop-up menu that appears, click “Add to Favourites”.

Step 4
The inbox for the shared mailbox will now appear in your favourites at the top of the page. From here, you can drag and drop the folders to change the order.

Outlook (Classic)
Step 1
Open Microsoft Outlook (Classic) and go to the mailbox that you want to favourite.
Step 2
Hover over the “Inbox” folder and right-click.

Step 3
From the pop-up menu that appears, click “Add to Favourites”.

Step 4
The inbox for the shared mailbox will now appear in your favourites at the top of the page. From here, you can drag and drop the folders to change the order.
